Thaita is grown by family-owned farms in the rich, volcanic soil of Kirinyaga County and processed at the Kimandi wet mill. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee cherries undergo a meticulous sorting process before being pulped and fermented for 16 hours. The coffee is washed in fresh mountain-tapped water and laid out to sun dry on raised beds for 14-21 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRoasted to suit espresso to express the bold flavours of the cup, you can expect notes of black cherries, a prominent marzipan aroma and flavour throughout.
