La Leona is a single origin coffee from Honduras, produced by Eduardo Trochez since 2016. With the help of neighboring producer Benjamin Paz, Eduardo's quality-focused approach has been taken to the next level with the addition of his own wet mill, ensuring the freshest and highest quality coffee.
With a honey process that involves 48 hours of fermentation, 24 hours in concrete tanks, and 19 days of parchment drying, this coffee boasts a 10% moisture content and full cup potential.
