Here is another small article about us, that appeared in The Irish Times, in April 2014. Full marks for the headline 'Bean there when it comes to quality coffee'.
The picture is of George and myself, it was taken in 37 West Cafe in Galway, which was the very first cafe we supplied Bristot too. The owner of the cafe, Gill Caroll, now owns and runs one of Galway's best known cafes, 56 Central.
56 Central is Located on the first floor over OMG @ Zhivago, on shop street, which is now an institution for so many. The food and Coffee :) is top class, and there is always a great atmosphere. It's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of shop street. If your lucky enough, I recommend grabbing a coffee by one of the select window seats, where you can watch the world go by below.
