FNC Decaf is a washed sugar cane process decaffeinated coffee that is so good you wouldn't notice that it's decaf! Chosen by our team as our new permanent decaf option, we love this coffee for its nutty complexity, prominent fruity notes and how well it pairs with milk.
FNC Decaf is a blend of coffees sourced from across Colombia and processed as a washed coffee. The washed green coffee then undergoes decaffeinated using the sugar cane (ethyl acetate) process, which is a decaffeination process that preserves the coffees natural profile so it closely resembles the flavour profile of its caffeinated counterpart.
In the cup, expect fruity notes upfront - ripe plums, dried blueberries, hint of strawberries, and a fruit juice sweetness that lingers on the palate. Throughout the cup, expect subtle nutty notes and a beautiful milk chocolate undertone. When paired with milk, chocolate becomes the star of the show and makes for a beautiful flat white!
