Coffee Description
Vayichil is a decaffeinated coffee grown by 65 women smallholder farmers in the region of Jaltenango, Mexico. These farmers are part of La Tribu, a local producer organization which is made up of over 300 families. Vayichil means "to dream" in Tzotzil, a local language spoken by many Mayan communities throughout Chiapas.
Vayichil is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process in Santa Cruz, a method that helps preserve the coffee's complexity while highlighting its naturally sweet, smooth character. It’s a decaf you can enjoy at any hour — without sacrificing flavor, traceability, or values.
