Produced by a community of farmers in the district of Huabal , this coffee lot is a blend of day lots from multiple producers spanning across different soil and climate conditions, which results in a deliciously complex cup profile!
Roasted as an omni-roast, Huabl tastes just as delicious on espresso as on filter. When extracted as an espresso, you can expect a punchy, full mouthfeel, with distinct notes of cherries, date like sweetness, a chocolate undertone and orange acidity. As a filter, the structure mellows out and notes of oranges and dates become more prominent with a clear, structured acidity.
