Introducing our new washed Peruvian this season, a versatile espresso that works well as an espresso, black coffee, or combined with milk.
Nestled in the protected forests of Jaén, El Diamante is produced by a small selection of coffee-producing families. The rich terroir in this area creates a distinct cup profile, with a heavily fruited cup and a distinct, vibrant acidity. In the cup, expect floral notes, tangy citrus, and juicy pears.
