We are delighted to welcome back this beautiful Guatemalan coffee back on our shelves!
Los Fraijanes is a renowned region for producing exceptional specialty coffees. This coffee comes from various smallholder farmers in the region, with producers owning farms between 5-10 hectares of land. While producing exceptional coffees, the producers also place a strong emphasis on community, environmentally friendly farming, and responsible water management.
Los Fraijanes is SHB (strictly hard bean), which is a classification system used in some Central American countries. SHB coffees are coffees grown at high altitudes of over 1200 masl, which produces a higher density bean, meaning an exceptional cup of coffee with great taste!
