HARIO Pegasus Filter Paper
Great coffee starts with the right filter. HARIO Pegasus Filter Paper is specially designed to complement the Pegasus Dripper, providing a clean, consistent filtration that allows the natural character, flavour, and aroma of your freshly ground coffee to shine through.
Crafted in a practical trapezoidal shape, these filter papers are available in natural or oxygen-bleached options, giving you flexibility to choose the finish that best suits your brewing routine. The carefully designed paper supports a smooth extraction while helping to produce a bright, clean cup with minimal sediment.
The filters are also biodegradable, making them a convenient and more environmentally conscious choice for everyday brewing.

Brewing Tip
For the cleanest possible flavour, rinse the filter thoroughly with boiling water before brewing. This helps remove any residual paper flavour while also preheating your dripper and brewing vessel.
